Celeb Secrets Celebrates World Water Day with The Thirst Project

The Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that travels across the United States speaking at schools to educate students about the global water crisis to challenge them to fundraise to build wells. All the money donated directly goes to the funding freshwater wells on the ground. In 6 years, the Thirst Project has gotten help from over 300,000 students across the United States, who have raised $8 million and used to give 260,00 people in 12 countries safe, clean water. Several people are not aware of how serious the water crisis is around the world, while here in the United States we can easily access water by turning on a faucet. Almost 1 billion people on the planet do not have access to safe, clean water.

Tons of celebrities such as Allie Gonino, Amy Paffrath, Andrea Russett, Ashley Rickards, Cameron Boyce, Catherine Hardwicke, Charisma Carpenter, Connor Franta, Dove Cameron, Drake Bell, Drew Seeley, Emeraude Toubia, Grace Helbig, Hal Sparks,  Isaiah Mustafa, Jake Paul, Jillian Rose Reed, Karan Brar, Katherine McNamara, Kelli Berglund, Kirsten Vangsness, Kristen Stewart, Lance Bass, Michael Welch, Molly Tarlov, Ronni Hawk, Taryn Southern, Taylor Spreitler, and Wesam Keesh were in attendance to support founder Seth Maxwell and his incredible cause.
