Celeb Secrets Predicts the 2017 Streamy Awards Winners

The 7th Annual Streamy Awards are almost here, and we can’t wait to see which talented online videos and the creators behind them will be awarded for excellence. With stars like Cameron Dallas, Jake Paul, the Dolan Twins, Lilly Singh, Baby Ariel, and more of our favorites among the 2017 nominees, we thought it would be fun to see if we could predict any award winners of the season before they are officially announced.

This year, we have predicted who we think will take home an award in the following categories: Creator of the Year, Breakout Creator, Best Comedy Series, Feature, First Person Channel, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Collaboration, Acting in a Comedy, Acting in a Drama, and Breakthrough Artist.

The 7th Annual Streamy Awards will stream LIVE on Twitter from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

CREATOR OF THE YEAR: Cameron Dallas, Casey Neistat, David Dobrik, Dolan Twins, Jake Paul, Jenna Marbles, Lilly Singh, Liza Koshy, Logan Paul, Shane Dawson

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: It has been a great year for Ethan and Grayson Dolan, and their influence has skyrocketed in recent months. So we wouldn’t be at all surprised if the Grayson Twins took this category.

BREAKOUT CREATOR: Binging with Babish, Brave Wilderness, David Dobrik, Jake Paul, Kristen Hancher

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: Jake Paul has had quite an eventful year, so we’re calling this category in his favor.

BEST COMEDY SERIES: Drive Share, Magic Funhouse, Mr. Student Body President, Rhett & Link’s Buddy System, You Suck At Everything

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: This is definitely a tough call, but Mr. Student Body President is so underrated, and we’d love to see it honored!

FEATURE: Dirty 30, FML The Movie, Ghostmates, The Thinning, This Is Everything: Gigi Gorgeous

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: Gigi Gorgeous‘ story is so incredible, and the documentary feature on her life is too. We’d love to see it recognized.

FIRST PERSON CHANNEL: Casey Neistat, Dolan Twins, Jenna Marbles, Lilly Singh, Shane Dawson

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: As we said earlier, the Dolans are on a roll right now, and the guys have been outdoing themselves at every turn with their awesome videos lately.

BEAUTY: Jaclyn Hill, Laura Lee, Manny Mua, PatrickStarrr, Simply Nailogical

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: How do you even narrow down all this glam? We think Jaclyn Hill has had an incredible 2017, especially with the launch of her ridiculously popular collaboration palette with Morphe, so we have to call it for her!

FASHION: Amanda Steele, FENTY PUMA by Rihanna, Kelsey Simone, Sneaker Shopping, Tess Christine

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: As I write this list, I am currently wearing my camo print FENTY PUMA Creepers. If that’s not Rihanna influence, then what is?

LIFESTYLE: Andrea Russett, Baby Ariel, LaurDIY, MyLifeAsEva, Niki and Gabi

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: So many faves right here, but Baby Ariel has just had so many different kind of successes lately that we think her fans are really going to come through on this one!

COLLABORATION: Casey Neistat and Jesse Wellens (“Human Flying Drone”), Honest Trailers and Ryan Reynolds (“Logan Feat. WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: The YouTube Factory combined so many of our favorite celebrities and creators that it’s impossible for it not to reign supreme!

ACTING IN A COMEDY: Arden Rose (“Mr. Student Body President”), Jason Nash (“FML The Movie”), Jeremy Shada (“Mr. Student Body President”), Mamrie Hart (“Dirty 30”), Quinta Brunson (“Broke”)

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: Jeremy Shada is everything in this role, so we need to predict the win for him.

ACTING IN A DRAMA: Annalise Basso (“Cold”), DeStorm Power (“Caught”), Harry Shum Jr. (“Single By 30”), Logan Paul (“The Thinning”), Natasha Negovanlis (“Carmilla | Season 3”)

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: The Thinning is such a cool movie, we can totally see Logan Paul being recognized for it.

BREAKOUT ARTIST: 21 Savage, dodie, Marian Hill, Poppy, Zara Larsson

WHO WE THINK WILL WIN: Is it just us, or does Zara Larsson‘s music and videos just keep getting more and more epic?!
