Matthew Scott Montgomery was at Tiffany Thornton’s concert on Sunday to raise awareness for Meningitis and stopped to tell us a quick secret. We asked him to pose for some pictures, smile, be silly, to be himself. He let us know that he is actually really bad at improv which is why it’s funny that he stars on Disney Channel’s So Random!
