GALLERY: Twenty One Pilots, Lil Nas X, Steve Aoki and More Take Over Fort Lauderdale Beach for Inaugural Audacy Beach Festival

After what seemed like forever, live music officially returned to the Sunshine State last weekend (December 4-5) with the inaugural Audacy Beach Festival for a rocking two-day event.

Featuring performances by twenty one pilots, Lil Nas X, Weezer, The Lumineers, Glass Animals, Bleachers, Steve Aoki, AJR, Bastille, Yungblud, Walk the Moon, Tai Verdes, MOD SUN, Milky Chance, Beabadoobee, Willow, girl in red and more, fans rocked out to some of biggest alternative chart-toppers with a picturesque backdrop of waves crashing on the shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Some of the night one’s highlights included a head-bopping performance of “Heat Waves” by Glass Animals, an epic dance party from Steve Aoki, and a taste of The Lumineers upcoming album before twenty one pilots shut down the beach with hit after hit and surprise covers during a stripped-down campfire acoustic session midway through their set.

For day two, artists like Bastille and YUNGBLUD commanded the stage with some of their catchiest songs before Lil Nas X delivered a jaw-dropping set of songs that included “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name),” “Industry Baby” and “That’s What I Want.” To close out the two-day fest, AJR started the night with a “Bang” moments prior to Weezer sending the SoFlo crowd to “Beverly Hills” and into a frenzy with their renditions of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” and Toto’s “Africa” before calling it a night.

Celeb Secrets was on the grounds vibing all day to the incredible music while snapping photos of the headliners and beyond. Click through the gallery below to see some of the best shots from the Audacy Beach Festival and leave a reaction at the bottom of the post if you like ’em!
