Drama and gossip about NYC’s most popular influencers and high school students is here! Gossip Girl Season 2 is now streaming on HBO Max.
The main cast from the reboot’s first season is back as Emily Lind, Tavi Gevinson, Thomas Doherty, Evan Mock, Jordan Alexander, Whitney Peak, and Eli Brown.
Someone who is back from the original Gossip Girl is Michelle Trachtenberg, is known for her role as Georgina Sparks.
Many OG GG fans are ecstatic to have one of their own back on the show; with that said, there were appearances from original cast members in the reboot’s first season, including Zuzanna Szadkowski, who plays Dorota and Margaret Colin, who plays Eleanor Waldorf.
Season two is set to bring some more drama between sisters Julien Calloway (played by Alexander) and Zoya Lott (played by Peak), as well as the possible overtaking of Calloway’s throne by her long-time gal-pal, Monet (played by Savannah Lee Smith).
With that said, there will be many more storylines to follow this season, including the throuple between Audrey (played by Lind), Aki (played by Mock), and Max (played by Doherty) and the ongoing battle in Kate Keller’s (played by Gevinson) head of whether or not she should continue to run the Gossip Girl account on Instagram.
All in all, GG fans are hoping Georgina “Sparks” some drama and stirs things up to bring some exciting moments to our screens and take us back to the days when she first appeared on our screens in the original Gossip Girl.
