After the announcement of their first comeback earlier this month, ENHYPEN has finally released their second mini-album, BORDER: CARNIVAL, and it definitely did not disappoint!
The album consists of six curated tracks that emulate the groups’ “carnival” experience of their new reality since their debut last November. The group wanted to share their whirlwind experience with their fans, aka “ENGENES,” and show their new world through their music.
Their lead single and title track “Drunk-Dazed” mimics the crazy and exciting feeling the members – Jungwon, Heesung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki – wanted to convey. Although they’re enamored by the glitz and glamour in their carnival house party universe, there are still many complex emotions that arise within the members.
Of course, we listened to BORDER: CARNIVAL and decided to rank each track of the album. Although we feel like our favorites will change from time to time, here is our current ranking of the album!
