Karol G Celebrates Her Birthday (and Valentine’s Day) by Launching ‘Self-Love’ Crocs She Designed

Valentine’s Day is always a big one for Karol G, as the Colombian singer’s shares her birthday with the day of love. This year, the Bichota is celebrating self-love, as she’s teaming up with Crocs for an exclusive classic clog.

In an Instagram post, the Colombian singer shared with her fans the news of her collaboration as mariachis serenaded her as they all wore a pair of Karol G Classic Clog.

She wrote, “Happy to announce my collaboration with @crocs ♥️♥️♥️ thought of with lots of love x the Bichota !! You can get them now … Do it now Papiiii #KarolGXCrocs”

Crocs made the announcement with a sweet welcome in a tweet saying, “We welcome you to the club! The Collaboration Karol G X Crocs is here and is ready to melt you. We are launching two new Crocs designed by Karol G RIGHT NOW: the Karol G Mega Crush and the Karol G Classic Clog. #KarolGXCrocs.”

The Karol G X Crocs Mega Crush Clog costs $110 and is described by the official website to feature “updated enhanced rubber thread, textured detailing around the heel, toe box, and collar, and lightweight, flexible, 360-degree comfort” with an exclusive Karol G custom Jibbitz charms.

The bold, red-colored Classic Clog costs $70, and also comes with Karol G custom Jibbitz charms. Additionally, it includes a barbed wire design with metal heart-shaped charms dangling from the heel strap, which you can see below.

According to Billboard, Karol G said in a statement, “Today is a reminder to all my fans to celebrate self-love.”

She continued with, “My collab with Crocs has been an amazing experience, it was such an honor to be able to work on the design and create the Jibbitz charms to truly express the message I wanted to come across when people saw them: LOVE, SELF-LOVE!”
