If you thought Kelly Mi Li was done serving up reality TV gold after Bling Empire, think again. The self-made entrepreneur, producer, and all-around powerhouse is back—and this time, she’s trading high-drama soirées for sizzling hot pot and unfiltered conversations. Enter Stir the Pot, Kelly’s brand-new talk show that’s bringing the heat (literally!) every Friday on GoldenTV and ChimeTV. And yes, it’s every bit as spicy as you’d hope.
With Stir the Pot, Kelly is mixing her love for food, culture, and deep (sometimes hilariously chaotic) chats into one must-watch series. Every week, she invites a celebrity guest to kick back, swap their stilettos for slippers, and dive into an intimate convo over a steaming pot of deliciousness. From personal triumphs to career highs (and let’s be real, the occasional dating tea), nothing is off-limits.
“The best conversations happen over food—especially hot pot,” Kelly tells Celeb Secrets over the phone. “Growing up, it was how my family came together, shared stories, and really connected. That’s the spirit I wanted to bring to Stir the Pot.”
The real kicker? Each episode cranks up the heat—literally. Kelly’s guests power through five levels of spiciness, using her family’s signature Hot Jiang chili oil and spice powders. (Think Hot Ones, but make it extra flavorful.)

Kelly’s guest lineup is as diverse as it is exciting, featuring trailblazers who are making waves in Hollywood, music, and beyond. Jenn Tran, best known for her time on The Bachelorette, brought an honest and refreshing perspective on navigating life post-reality TV. “Jenn and I really connected over life changes,” Kelly shares. “She’s going back to PA school while balancing fame, and we got deep about what that transition has been like for her. She opened up about whether her reality TV experience has helped or hurt her in pursuing a ‘normal’ career.” Their discussion revealed the struggles of readjusting to everyday life after being in the public eye and how Jenn is redefining her identity outside of television.
Music sensation Thuy, on the other hand, was all about energy and laughter. “Thuy tried to bring tequila, but, you know… network rules!” Kelly jokes. “We laughed so much about it. She’s on a world tour, and we got into what it’s like to balance life on the road with personal relationships.” Thuy also gave Kelly the inside scoop on her new music and how she has stayed true to her Vietnamese-American roots while breaking into the mainstream. Their conversation delved into the pressures of the music industry, staying authentic, and finding time for herself amidst her demanding schedule.
Other notable guests include Girlfriends icon Golden Brooks, who reflected on longevity in Hollywood and the evolving entertainment industry, and XO, Kitty star Gia Kim, whose raw and heartfelt conversation brought unexpected tears. Richa Moorjani from Never Have I Ever also joined Kelly for an inspiring discussion about pushing boundaries and the power of representation in Hollywood.

Beyond the cameras and celebrity guests, Kelly’s biggest role yet? Being a mom to her 22-month-old daughter. “I feel like a clown juggling a million things and not catching any of them,” she jokes. “This year, my goal is to get my life to a point where I can somewhat balance it all. Right now, I’m just running after a moving train.”
Her little one is already developing her own personality—and let’s just say, she has opinions. “I put Stir the Pot on for her, and she was like, ‘Mama!’ Two minutes later, she’s yelling for Miss Rachel,” Kelly laughs. “She does not care about me—she just wants Miss Rachel.”
Motherhood has also changed how Kelly views her career. “Before, I would take on any project that made sense. Now, my time is so limited that I want to be really intentional about the stories I help bring to life. I want my daughter to see me building something meaningful.”

With Stir the Pot heating up, Kelly isn’t slowing down. She’s diving deeper into her food brand, Hot Jiang, which she started with her mom. “It’s something I want to build as my legacy—a brand that I can leave for my daughter.”
She’s also getting back into producing but with a fresh mindset. “I love creating and storytelling, but I also have to be mindful of balance. I can’t be on set 24/7 anymore—I have a little one who needs me at home.”
For now, though, all eyes are on Stir the Pot. With new episodes dropping every Friday (tonight’s episode featuring Thuy is a must-watch), Kelly is proving once again that she’s a force to be reckoned with—whether she’s dishing out life lessons, chili oil, or major career moves.
