Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker dropped down to one knee to ask for Kourtney Kardashian’s hand in marriage on Sunday, October 17. After nine months of dating, the rockstar made his love official in Montecito, California – where he had a breathtaking set up of elaborate red roses and white candles set up at the Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel.
The intimate seaside proposal was like something straight out of a storybook, and the Poosh founder did not hesitate to share the picturesque moment on social media. “Forever @travisbarker,” the soon-to-be wife captioned two photos on Instagram. “Love u guys,” Barker’s daughter Alabama commented on the photo.

The happy couple even received approval from the momager, Kris Jenner herself. “Congratulations to the most beautiful, adorable, affectionate, fabulous, made for each other couple in the world! A close source recently told Us Weekly that the couple is on “cloud nine” and that “The Kardashians, Jenner’s, and Travis’ family are so happy for the two of them.” Shortly after the musician popped the question, the two met up with their families to enjoy a luxury dinner.

The star-studded evening was captured at every angle, giving fans an inside look into their engagement night. Kim Kardashian even delivered with premium Twitter content, as she posted a close-up of Kourtney’s massive oval-cut diamond. According to photos taken during the private party, red roses consumed the dinner table, and the menu was full of delicious plant-based bites.
Although Kardashian has created a beautiful family – Mason (11), Penelope (9), and Reigh (6) with ex Scott Disick, he was not in attendance Sunday night. While Kourtney has had an on-again, off-again relationship with her baby daddy for over ten years – the life milestone with Barker still marks her first marriage.
This is not Barker’s first rodeo when it comes to tying the knot. He previously had a romantic relationship with Melissa Kennedy from 2001 to 2002 and had children with Shanna Moakler. The relationship between Barker and Moakler ended in 2008.
