On Monday (Oct. 26), E! News confirmed that the 1D hottie and his longtime girlfriend Sophia Smith have ended their two year relationship.
The couple began dating in May 2013, although they met many years before as students in Wolverhampton, England.
Neither Liam nor Sophia have commented on the split, but Liam did cryptically tweet on Friday (Oct. 23), “I love how music is always there for you when you need it most x.”
Poor Liam! It sounds like he’s having a hard time with the breakup. It’ll be interesting to see what kind of music he creates from this breakup…just saying.
We have to admit we’re pretty happy about Liam’s new single life. He’s such a cutie!
