Bass captioned the video, “It’s #NationalDanceDay, so I’m gonna need y’all to duet this for #ItsGonnaBeMay Day tomorrow.” The clip shows off his amazing dance moves to the original choreography.
Many of Bass’s followers were excited about the new dance challenge. One fan commented, “Why do we all still remember this exact dance?” Bass replied, “That makes one of us. Took me a second to brush up!”
“It’s Gonna Be Me” was released in 2000 and appeared on the boyband’s third studio album, No Strings Attached, which hit the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart. It wasn’t until a year later, former member, Justin Timberlake, left the group to pursue a solo career. It caused the popular boyband to go on a “temporary hiatus.” However, the band never got back together.
