Hey, CelebSecrets4U readers!
On Tuesday (Feb. 10) we headed down to Disney Studios for the Bad Hair Day red carpet premiere in Burbank, Calif.
Laura Marano and Leigh-Allyn Baker looked gorgeous as they rocked the red carpet in pants ensembles. Both actresses were supported by other Disney Channel stars, including Girl Meets World’s Sabrina Carpenter, Laura’s cast mates Ross Lynch, Raini Rodriguez and Calum Worthy from Austin & Ally and Leigh-Allyn’s cast mates Eric Allen Kramer, Bradley Steven Perry, Jason Dolley, and Mia Talerico from Good Luck Charlie. The highlight of the night (besides these two gorgeous ladies of course) were Ross, Raini, and Calum’s appearance. They were dressed in homemade shirts that spelt out “Bad Hair Day” and had their hair styled in the messiest way possible.
Bad Hair Day follows Monica (Laura Marano), a high school tech-whiz whose prom day abruptly shifts into a wild ride across town, thanks to a down-on-her-luck cop and a jewel thief. The story unfolds with Monica on the morning of her senior prom. She’s eager to get ready – that is until she realizes everything that can go wrong does, starting with her sudden and epically uncontrollable hair and her once lovely, yet now destroyed, prom dress. On top of that, she’s mistakenly enlisted by Liz (Leigh-Allyn Baker), a police officer hot on the trail of missing jewels. Her Prom day goes from bad to mad as the pair is pursued by a dogged jewel thief on a wild ride across the city.
CS4U caught up with Laura, Leigh-Allyn, and Sabrina on the red carpet just minutes before the special movie screening started. In our interviews, the girls talk about what we can expect from the film, their craziest “bad hair day” experience, and more. Make sure to watch the videos below!
Bad Hair Day airs TONIGHT at 8:00PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.
