Logic teamed up with OneRepublic‘s Ryan Tedder for a new song and it’s message is so important.
In the track titled “One Day,” the message is hopeful and uplifting, reminding us that we can do anything we want if we really put our minds to it.
Tarantino raps about his troubled past in the tune, talking about his childhood of “drugs in the household,” spending time “homeless in the blistering cold,” and even “the day I made a million.”

In the chorus, Tedder cuts through his soulful repetition of words “one day” to declare his goals that one day he will “do it like I never did it” and “have the courage to go out and get it.” Tedder finishes his part by ending on an optimistic note by singing “only thing I know, it’s gonna be alright.”
