Maren Morris had an explosive 2018 and by the sounds of it she won’t be slowing down in 2019.
After taking over the pop world with her Zedd collaboration “The Middle,” Maren is gearing up to release her second album and we just got our first taste. This last Thursday she released the music video for her single “GIRL” and it’s full of epic girl power moments.
“Girl don’t hang your head low // Don’t lose your Halo”
It’s a song of empowerment, self-worth, and most of all pride in being a girl.
The music video was directed by Dave Meyers who’s worked with P!NK, Katy Perry, Missy Elliott, and many more. “GIRL” also had the biggest streaming week for any Country Female in history with 3.3 million streams since release, and even has Nicole Kidman bopping to it!
“Another female country music powerhouse!” the actress shared to her IG Stories.
