During today’s broadcast of Super Bowl LV, Marvel dropped a preview of their new Disney+ Original Show, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier along with a website to access the full trailer for the highly-anticipated series!
The series features actors Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan reprising their roles as Sam Wilson AKA Falcon and Bucky Barnes AKA Winter Soldier teaming up together following the events of Avengers: Endgame. If you pay attention to the trailer, you’ll spot Captain America: Civil War star, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, along with Daniel Brül as Zemo, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker!
This show will be the second addition to the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the first being Disney+ Original Series WandaVision, which is currently airing a new episode every Friday on the streaming platform.
“The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” premieres exclusively on Disney+ on March 19, 2021 and is set to be a six-episode series.
