Happy New Music Friday! As the weather begins to warm up, the perfect country music releases are debuting just in time.
GRAMMY-Award winning powerhouse Lainey Wilson dropped a new single today (April 4), “Bell Bottoms Up” JUST in time for National Bell Bottoms Day tomorrow! Also the title of her Nashville bar, this upbeat anthem was recorded at London’s Abbey Roads Studio and has made a frequent appearance during her Whirlwind World Tour.
Just last week, the singer + songwriter was nominated for seven awards at the 60th Annual ACM Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for Whirlwind, Song of the Year for “4x4xU,” Visual Media of the Year for “4x4xU” and Artist-Songwriter of the Year.
Wilson isn’t the only ACM nominee that released new music today! Duo of the Year nominee Brothers Osborne released “Finish This Drink,” New Female Artist of the Year Kassi Ashton released “Ride Or Die Radio,” while New Male Artist of the Year Bailey Zimmerman released his collaboration “All The Way” with rapper BigXThaPlug.
Old Dominion released their latest offering “Me Most Nights” written by members Matt Ramsey, Brad Tursi and Trevor Rosen. Ramsey said of the song, “We’ve spent our career, from the moment we got in a van, playing clubs through all last summer headlining festivals around the world, trying to put the best spin on whatever the emotion is. Big bright melodies, that wave of harmonies and a hook that’ll pull you higher, ‘Me Most Nights’ is all of that.”
