New Music Friday: Niall Horan Releases “Heaven,” the First Single off of His Highly-Anticipated Third Studio Album “The Show”

With the release of his highly-anticipated single “Heaven,” a brand new era of Niall Horan has officially began this New Music Friday!

Ever since the announcement that the former One Direction member had new music on the way, fans have been anxiously awaiting a hot new track from the Irishman himself, which is finally available to stream TODAY (February 17th) on all platforms.

On January 25th, Horan gave fans a glimpse into what tricks he had up his sleeve, posting a tweet that reads, “I have so much coming over the next few months so keep your eyes peeled for the first of many announcements tomorrow. I’m really excited by the idea of getting back into the swing of things. Thank you for your patience and I can’t wait to share this chapter with you.

The following day, the talented singer-songwriter posted a tweet that sent fans into a frenzy, revealing “I could not be happier to let you know that my new single ‘Heaven’ is being released February 17th,” serving as his first solo single since 2020.

Lucky for fans everywhere, this was not the last of Horan’s big announcements! On Wednesday (February 15th), just a few days prior to the release of “Heaven,” the former One Direction member took to social media to announce his third studio album, serving as a follow-up to both Flicker and Heartbreak Weather.

Horan shared on Twitter, “I couldn’t possibly be more happy to tell you that my new album The Show will be released on June 9th… This album is a piece of work I’m so proud of and now it’s time to pass it over to you to go and make it your own.”

Until The Show hits all music streaming platforms, we will have the album’s first single on repeat! With even more songs set to roll out in the upcoming months, we can’t wait to see what else Niall Horan has in store — It’s sure to be ✨heavenly✨
