Country’s breakout star Warren Zeiders unveiled exciting news: his new album, Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal, is set to drop on March 14 via Warner Records!
The ambitious 20-track double album explores heartbreak, growth, and emotional healing, delivered through Zeiders’ signature gritty vocals and storytelling. As if the album announcement wasn’t thrilling enough, Zeiders also has big plans for 2025, including a European tour and his headlining Relapse Tour.
Produced by an all-star lineup that includes Ross Copperman (Old Dominion, Tyler Hubbard), Mike Elizondo (U2, Ed Sheeran), and Zeiders himself, Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal offers an introspective journey through love, loss, and life’s turbulent highs and lows. The album is packed with collaborations from some of the industry’s best songwriters, including Connor McDonough (Joji, Benson Boone) and Ali Tamposi (Elton John, Dua Lipa), alongside top instrumentalists Craig Young (HARDY, Post Malone) and Aaron Sterling (Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter).

One standout track previewing the album is “Can A Heart Take,” co-written by Zeiders, Ross Copperman, Ryan Beaver, and Randy Montana. Available on music streaming platforms beginning today (January 10), the song delves into heartbreak’s rawest edges, asking a central question: “How much pain can a heart take?” The lyrics cut deep, carried by Zeiders’ soulful delivery.
Throughout the creative process, Zeiders – a college-athlete-turned hitmaker – took an intimate, therapeutic approach to songwriting, reflecting on his personal relationships and skyrocket success. The new album encompasses the mental rollercoaster he experienced during his rapidly changing life and career – offering a cathartic exploration of love, loss and gratitude. From summer tune “Relapse” and anger-driven anthems like “Bad” and “Take It To the Grave,” to the introspective moments in “You For A Reason,” “Can A Heart Take” and “Withdrawal,” every track pulses with fleeting feelings of love. Elsewhere on the album, tracks like “Crying Whiskey” and “Lies” counteract the hard-strung vulnerability, while pensive tracks like “Everything Comes To Go Away” personifies the album’s crux of love and loss.
The new album follows a monumental year for Zeiders. His first No. 1 single, “Pretty Little Poison,” dominated the charts, while his 10-track project Relapse introduced fans to rock-tinged anthems like the People’s Choice-nominated track “Betrayal” and title track “Relapse.” Touring alongside Jelly Roll on The Beautifully Broken Tour proved transformative for the rising star, especially when they performed at iconic venues like Madison Square Garden.
“That night was surreal,” Warren told Celeb Secrets host Juliet Schroder on the red carpet at the 2024 SESAC Nashville Music Awards in Nashville back in November. “There’s just something about stepping onto a stage like that — it’s magical. Being on the road with Jelly taught me so much, not just about performing but about being authentic.”

The accolades keep pouring in for Zeiders, who recently landed a spot on People’s Sexiest Man Alive list. “It was such a surreal moment when I found out,” he said to us with a laugh. “We were on the Jelly Roll tour, and my publicist told me before a show. I couldn’t help but grin. It was a little bit of an ego boost.”
Zeiders is also gearing up for a packed touring schedule. Later this month, he’ll embark on his first European tour, hitting major cities like London, Amsterdam, and Zurich. Next month, Zeiders will perform at the 2025 New Faces of Country Music Showcase during CRS 2025 in Nashville, joining fellow rising stars Drew Baldridge, Ashley Cooke, Dasha and Zach Top. This spring, he’ll headline the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo before kicking off the Relapse Tour in March, which will see him performing across 23 markets in the U.S., including Nashville, Boston, and Charlotte.
With Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal, Warren Zeiders cements his place as one of country music’s most exciting new voices.
