Spring has come and Easter is right around the corner, which means this is the perfect time for Pepsi to announce their new (and unexpected) collaboration with the beloved Peeps.
Yup, you read that right — Pepsi and Peeps have joined forces to release a new soda flavor… a marshmallow soda flavor to be exact!
The new Marshmallow Cola will come in an adorable three-pack of 7.5 oz cans and in the iconic colors of Peeps; bright blue, pink, and yellow. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find this collaboration on the grocery store shelves but Peeps and Pepsi would like to encourage you to enter their sweepstakes to win some.
Fans can enter the contest starting today for an undisclosed limited time. All you have to do is submit a photo of yourself enjoying the spring with some Peeps marshmallow chicks and bunnies by tagging @Pepsi, #HangingWithMyPEEPS, and #PepsiSweepstakes on Twitter and Instagram to win a limited-edition three-pack of Pepsi x Peeps soda.
Along with the three-pack prizes, there will also be 10 grand prize winners of an “epic collector’s package of PEPSI x PEEPS®.”
“After what has been a very difficult year, many consumers are looking for new things to smile about. So, to celebrate the start of springtime, Pepsi collaborated with PEEPS® to develop a limited batch of its first-ever marshmallow cola,” said Todd Kaplan, Vice President of Marketing for Pepsi.
