Legendary “Cheers” star Ted Danson will be starring in an upcoming comedy series on Netflix based on a Chilean documentary. Danson will be reunited with “The Good Place” creator Mike Schur.

The title of the documentary from Chile is “The Mole Agent.” Within the doc, an older man is hired by a private investigator to help him solve a problem. In this upcoming series, Danson will be playing the role of Charles, the man hired by a PI.
Danson is known for being an incredible comedic actor, especially for his iconic role as Sam Malone on the NBC hit “Cheers.” Danson is also known for being on other NBC comedies such as “The Good Place” and “Mr. Mayor.” Danson also has a recurring role on the legendary “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”

Schur is well-known for being a massive part of “The Office.” He played the beloved role of Mose Schrute in the world-renowned workplace comedy.
