After splitting in 2019, Camila Mendes and Charles Melton are currently dating and giving love a second chance!
Filming Riverdale has helped the two reconnect as they spent many hours filming together with their co-star friends.
“Being around all of their mutual friends and hanging out together often made them realize they still have a strong connection and chemistry,” reveals an inside source to E! News.
An eyewitness reveals to the outlet that the two were seen last week dining together at Poubelle Bistro in LA with Cole Sprouse, Dylan Sprouse and Stella Maxwell. The new couple both wore yellow shirts and left together in Melton’s car.
The Riverdale co-stars began dating in 2018, but decided to take a break in 2019 as their relationship was moving fast. With their work schedules being filled, it added a lot of pressure in their relationship which led to their break.
Currently, the source states that “It’s going well and they aren’t putting too much stress on the relationship.”

Mendes or Melton have chosen to stay silent on their new relationship, but the source close to E! News confirmed how the break they took was good for both Mendes and Melton.
With the combination of both actors sharing many on camera scenes and taking the time for themselves to balance their work schedules, it is no surprise that the two have re-kindled their love.
