It looks like writer Ryan Murphy has been keeping busy on social media and getting American Horror Story fans involved with deciding what the theme for the next seasons could be.
Or at least we think that’s what he’s doing.
For the past few days Murphy has been urging fans to submit their vote on a poll of themes for AHS, tweeting “The AMERICAN HORROR STORY universe is expanding. Comment on which STORY you would like to see the most,” followed by six different themes: aliens, Christmas horror, Bloody Mary, Piggy Man, sirens, and plague.
The final two themes had been American Horror Story: Bloody Mary and American Horror Story: Plague, but it looks like a recount was highly demanded which resulted in plague being knocked out for American Horror Story: Sirens.

The show’s tenth season, American Horror Story: Double Feature is set to premiere later this year along with an anthology spinoff series, titled American Horror Stories.
The possibilities of these polls being tied to the spinoff series and the tenth season are endless so we can only guess that time will tell, to see where Murphy’s polls take us.
