Earlier this month, the second annual Dolce Glow & Grow Summit took over the De Luxe Banquet Hall in Los Angeles on January 16 and 17, bringing together beauty professionals, industry pioneers, and philanthropic leaders for two unforgettable days of inspiration, learning, and giving back.

Designed to empower beauty professionals, the summit offered an action-packed agenda filled with keynote speeches, expert panels, and hands-on sessions aimed at building skills and businesses. The event wasn’t just about enhancing outer beauty — it emphasized creating a meaningful impact on communities, reflecting Dolce Glow’s mission to inspire confidence, self-love, and resilience.

The opening day set the tone with an impressive lineup of keynote speakers and panelists. Isabel Alysa Vita, the visionary founder of Dolce Glow, was joined by beauty powerhouses like Jamie Kern Lima, founder of IT Cosmetics, and Jamie O’Banion of BeautyBio. Together, they shared insights and lessons from their inspiring journeys, offering attendees valuable advice on scaling their businesses, navigating challenges, and building impactful brands.

“The idea for the Dolce Glow & Grow Summit came from my desire to create a space where people could come together, learn, and grow not just as professionals but as individuals,” Isabel explained to Celeb Secrets in an exclusive interview following the event. “At Dolce Glow, our mission is to inspire confidence and self-love, and this event aligns perfectly with that. Seeing the incredible impact of the first event made it clear that we had to do it again!”

While Day 1 focused on professional growth, Day 2 shone a spotlight on community support and philanthropy. A donation-packing session in the morning saw attendees rolling up their sleeves to assemble care packages filled with food, water, and essentials for first responders and fire victims affected by recent devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. “The LA wildfires have had such devastating effects, and I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to give back to the place that’s given me so much,” Isabel shared. “As part of this year’s Dolce Glow & Grow Gala, we dedicated time to honor firefighters from the Palisades and present them with a donation check. We also spent a portion of the night putting together care packages for those in need.”

The day culminated in a glamorous gala celebrating the heroic efforts of the Los Angeles Fire Department Union’s Vice President and Palisades Division officers. Over dinner, drinks, and dancing, the event honored these brave first responders with a heartfelt donation from Dolce Glow.

“It’s personal for me because I’ve seen firsthand the strength and resilience of these communities,” Isabel added. “I want Dolce Glow to be a brand that gives back in meaningful ways.”

What most people don’t see is the incredible collaboration and meticulous planning that goes into an event like the Glow & Grow Summit. Isabel shared with us that her team plays an integral role in ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.

“One thing that might surprise people is how much I lean on the energy and feedback from my team to make decisions—I’m always asking for their input. From the venue to the tiniest details like gift bags, it’s a team effort. And yes, there are always those last-minute moments of chaos that somehow turn into magic!” Isabel said of the secret behind the Summit’s success.
