Stella Artois kicked off the 2017 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT yesterday (January 20) with two very special events!
The company hosted a live Q&A panel with Deadline and the cast of the romantic comedy The Big Sick in the Stella Artois Filmmaker Lounge at the Sundance Film Festival. Panelists included the film’s director Michael Showalter along with stars and writers Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon, producers Judd Apatow and Barry Mendel, and co-stars Zoe Kazan, Holly Hunter and Ray Romano.
The panel was moderated by Deadline senior editor Dominic Patten and discussed the film based on Nanjiani and Gordon’s real-life relationship which inspired the storyline.
