We need to calm down because Taylor Swift has just announced the release of “This Love (Taylor’s Version)”!
Swift revealed on social media today (May 5) that her song, “This Love (Taylor’s Version),” was used for the trailer for the upcoming film, The Summer I Turned Pretty. The film is based on a book written by Jenny Han, who famously wrote the To All the Boys franchise. In her caption, Swift thanked Hahn for using her song in the trailer.

Fans got to hear a snippet of the newer version of “This Love (Taylor’s Version)” with Swift’s post! The Grammy award-winning singer announced that the song will officially be released at midnight tonight! This will mark the second song Swift has re-released from her hit album 1989.
The singer released “Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version)” in September of last year when the song was blowing up on TikTok. Fans began to speculate that Swift was preparing to drop 1989 (Taylor’s Version) as she did with her previous album Red.
Well, with the rerelease of “This Love” fans are hoping that the singer is getting ready to officially release 1989 (Taylor’s Version)!
