SERENA’S DATE

Serena got creative with her hometown date and brought Matt to a bar where everything was decked out in Canadian flags and full of Canada-inspired activities. To kick-off the date, Serena gave Matt a geography lesson on Canada and then gave him a taste of some of the delicious food that the country is known for. However, before meeting the parents she tested his knowledge of Canadian vocabulary and in true Canadian fashion, the couple topped off the date with a one-on-one game of hockey.

That night, Serena introduced Matt to her parents and sister. Her mother told Matt that they are just so worried about Serena ending up hurt in the end and the sister shared that she doesn’t think Serena looks smitten when with Matt. The wishy-washy conversations left Serena confused and with doubts.

Moments after Matt shared that he could see a life with Serena, she confronted him and sent herself home. Serena said that she is  struggling with her doubts and she doesn’t think that he’s her “person.” After the harsh rejection, Matt stopped and absorbed the new information, leaving an awkward silence to fill the room, he responded to Serena with “It just stinks” before walking her out.

While we hate to see Serena go, we love a queen who knows her self-worth and what she wants in a man 👑
