The Rose Ceremony
Clayton’s worry going into the rose ceremony was that he was going to break someone’s heart.
As all four women arrived at the rose ceremony, they shared their feelings about how connected they felt to Clayton but at the end of the day, you never know what is going to happen.
Clayton stood in front of the women and shared his thoughts for the week saying, “I went into hometowns hoping to find clarity and what it comes down to is just following my heart.”
Clayton began handing the roses out first to Susie. He then offered a rose to Gabby, leaving Rachel and Serene to wonder whether they would receive the final rose.
After some suspense, Clayton gave the final rose to Rachel, resulting in Serene packing her bags and leaving the Bachelor Mansion. While saying her goodbyes, she asked Clayton if her saying “I love you” made him realize he did not have the same feelings. Clayton shared to her that he simply had stronger connections with the other women.
