For the grand finale, the brothers try their hand at the trickiest of the three sports: BMX racing. Silver-medalist and BMX racer Alice Willoughby shows them the ropes.

To learn more about BMX racing, the brothers link up with silver-medalist and BMX racer Alice Willoughby. Once they make their way onto the track, they are instantly intimidated. “When you think about BMX, you think riding a bike — most of us can ride bikes, but this is a different level,” says Nick.
As they learn about how to approach the starting gate, looks of fear fall upon their faces. Kevin even jokes by picking up his bike to leave and saying, “Yeah, I just realized I have a thing.”
They struggle to grasp the concept of balancing on the bike while also preparing to jet down the bumpy track. Once they ride a couple of laps around the track, they grow to feel more comfortable with the sport.

On the final night of the competition, the brothers are more determined than ever to get one more medal. They get off to a great start, but Nick takes a hard fall to the ground after their first turn.
The race is put to a stop, as Nick feels pain in his back and ribs. Joe and Kevin are the pillars of his support as he is wheeled off into an ambulance.
Two weeks later, the brothers return to speak about what happened at a press conference. Nick discloses that he has a fractured rib and a bruised tailbone. However, he is doing well and on the road the recovery.
They reveal that they’re retiring from music and will continue to train for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Not to fear — we’re confident that they’re joking about retiring, as they are set to embark on The Remember This Tour this summer!
