The “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” Mid-Season Sneak Peek Just Dropped (Watch)

Star Wars fans, you’re in for a treat! Disney+ has dropped a new mid-season trailer for what’s to come in the second half of the Star Wars: The Bad Batch series and it’s soooo good.

Officially reaching the midway point of its first season, this series follows the elite and experimental clones of the “Bad Batch” (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they struggle to find their way after the Clone War in a rapidly changing galaxy.

The Bad Batch members — a group of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army — each possess a different skill that makes them effective soldiers. In this series, the post-clone war era, they will take on intense missions as they struggle to find new purposes.

The trailer mostly uses shots from the first half of the season to help introduce the viewer and connect what’s to come in the second half. In terms of teasers for upcoming episodes, the trailer shows a massive clone force attacking a citadel with AT-ETs, as well as the return of Fennec Shand, the bounty hunter who has been tracking Omega and the Bad Batch.

Produced by Josh Rimes and executively produced by Carrie Beck, Dave Filoni, Athena Portillo, Brad Rau, and Jennifer Corbett, this show premiered on May 4, 2021. Disney+ aired the first seven episodes every Friday and will continue with this schedule for the next 13 until the finale, which is scheduled for July 30, 2021.

Episode eight premiered on June 18 and episode nine will be available to stream on Disney+ tomorrow night, Friday, June 25 at 12AM PT/3AM ET. Don’t miss it!
