Upon being announced, the track soared to #1 on Billboard’s Trending 140 Chart and already today skyrocketed to the Top 20 on the iTunes Pop Chart-and continues to climb. The Bay Area duo’s official street team stirred up anticipation by encouraging listeners everywhere to check out the first snippet of the song on www.kalinandmyles.com, using the hashtag #brokenhearted. Driven by their inimitable interplay and instantly unforgettable production, “Brokenhearted” undeniably stands poised to be a fan favorite from KALIN AND MYLES.
The track is also the first single from their anxiously awaited self-titled full-length available online November 20.
Today, KALIN AND MYLES also released limited edition single art that can be purchased at www.kalinandmyles.com today. Fans who purchase the exclusive artwork will also receive a download of “Brokenhearted.” The artwork is the first of many limited edition items the band will be rolling out as a way to give back to their KAMFAM.
The album is the culmination of a four-year grind that saw the pair build one of the most faithful and rabid fan bases in music off a series of turn up hits. Crystallizing their signature hybrid of hip-hop and pop, Kalin And Myles boasts some of their biggest and brightest anthems yet. Recorded between San Francisco and Los Angeles, MYLES personally produced half of the tracks, while the group also enlisted the talents of hit makers Jim Jonsin [Beyoncé, Eminem] and Serm Style [Pitbull, Flo Rida].
