Yesterday afternoon, Origins unveiled their new discovery store concept in Austin, TX alongside Whitney Port at a beauty-filled event in Central Park Shopping Center!
In addition to a ribbon cutting ceremony with Origins Vice President Doreen Hatcher and Whitney Port, Origins hosted a slew of beauty bloggers for an intimate tour of the new store design and a meet and greet with the newlywed, who was glowing with happiness after returning from her honeymoon this week.
The new concept mirrors Origins’ “plant to formula” process by which they scour the earth for the most potent ingredients and then test them in a lab before transforming them into powerful skincare products. Shoppers can now embark upon a similarly designed journey when they enter the store, undergoing a process of discovery as they interact with the various in-store touch points and updates that include a Free Mini Facial experience, free standing sample wall and communal sinks inviting consumers to sit, relax and sample products.
Port, a longtime fan of Origins, arrived in a stylish black and white out from her own line, Whitney Eve, and mingled with fans after a receiving her own tour of the newly designed space. She sampled products and loved the Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff, as well as Origins Ginger Gloss Smoothing Body Oil that she misted on her legs. Before departing the celebration, she indulged and relaxed for Origins’ newly offered Mini-Facial Treatment.
