Kelly Clarkson Reveals Her Love for Schitt’s Creek – 2020
Our all-time favorite country superstar and daytime talk show host shared a little fun fact about herself while presenting the award for “Best Actor in a Comedy Series.” While everyone was sitting at the edge of their seats and eager to hear who won, the vocalist couldn’t help but give a special shout-out to the actor she was cheering for. “I personally love Eugene Levy. I love you, so just want to say that. Schitt’s Creek is the jam,” says Clarkson before opening up the top-secret envelope. “Everything else is great too. I just have a lot of kids and I don’t get to watch a lot of television…”
Even with the hype and support of Kelly Clarkson, Eugene Levy did not win the award. Bill Hader for Barry took home the star-shaped trophy that year. Following the award show, Kelly had Levy on her show to apologize for not saying his name that night.
