There’s no denying that Alix Earle is the “it girl” of 2023. From sparking a “get ready with me” trend on TikTok to opening up about navigating school, life, and relationships, the blonde bombshell easily earned the title of being the Internet’s “hot best friend.”
On her latest adventure, the 22-year-old University of Miami student told her 4.2 million followers that she was attending her “wedding” on Friday (January 27), joking that her single girl era is officially over.
“Get ready with me to get married. I have been waiting for this day for so long,” Alix said on TikTok while putting her signature makeup on. “Every year the frat has a wedding party. And I was chosen to be the bride, and I’m marrying my lover Grant.”

For the event, Alix decided to make it as extra as it could be by wearing the “poofiest” gown “you’ve ever seen in your life.”
“Usually the girls wear a white dress, and the bridesmaids wear whatever,” she continued. “Not this year, though. I got a real wedding dress, and my friends all got the same matching pink bridesmaid dress.”

With an arch, a bridesmaid crew in pink and a really good time, Earle’s “wedding” might have been “cheesy,” but it was a party that she and her girlfriends (as well as the fraternity) would remember forever.
“I always thought my wedding day was gonna be somewhere in Greece or Italy, but the back of a frat house will do,” she said. “There is magic in the air tonight. My maid of honor prepared me a speech. My best friend, Natalie, she wrote me a poem. I will be coming up with my vows on the spot, so we’re gonna see how that goes after a few drinks.”

At the event, Alix, along with other partygoers, were seen sipping on a new drink on the market, which we later found out is from the brand Gorgie.
