16-year-old Alli Haber just released her brand new single “Melatonin,” as well as an aesthetically pleasing music video to accompany it.
“Melatonin,” which can be described as a fun and vibrant display of Alli’s youth, is an incredibly catchy song that shows off the young artist’s new mature sound.
Haber, who broke onto the scene after working with producer, Frankie Jonas, says that Melatonin is a song that most people her age will be able to relate to.
She shares, ““I was kind of stressed out one night waiting for a text from someone and realized how much the non-stop cycle of texting, and social media in general, creates so much anxiety and sleepless nights. I remember being exhausted and I just wanted to disconnect and fall asleep. I kept thinking that this is something so relatable to people my age.”
It was this restless night that inspired Haber to write Melatonin.

Haber, who has been touring with TikTok stars Cash & Maverick as their direct support on their headlining US Elevation Tour is just getting started. She will continue to tour with Cash & Maverick this year, and will also be joining Piper Rockelle as she supports her on her tour as well.
