The Cincinnati Bengals are looking for revenge as the reigning AFC Champions are heading to their second consecutive AFC Championship Game after picking up a massive 27-10 win on the road against the Bills. The Bengals completely outmatched the Bills from start to finish.

On the offensive side of the ball, it was a well-balanced attack by the jungle cats as they ran for 172 yards on 34 carries which comes out to 5.1 yards per attempt; Joe Mixon led all runners with 105 yards and a touchdown on twenty carries.

While the passing attack was led by Joe Burrow, who finished with 242 yards and two touchdowns, the recipients of Burrow’s TD passes were Cincy’s leading receivers on the day, second-year wideout Ja’Marr Chase and veteran tight end Hayden Hurst.

To move on to Lou Anarumo’s unit, the defense had eight quarterback hits and a sack on Josh Allen while deflecting eight of his passes. Veteran defensive back Mike Hilton had a stellar performance in this one as he was assigned with multiple roles, including his primary position of being a cover guy and at times being asked to blitz. Hilton was the leading tackler on the day with eight while also hitting Allen twice, deflecting a pass, and having a tackle for a loss.
.@Bengals @MikeHilton_28 is a “Pit Bull”. Always in ATTACK mode. If I was @chiefs I would have a “Mike Hilton Alert” up every play. And you know if they have success with his blitz that they will keep him a coming #whodey #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/urF2gax7Wj

A couple of others to mention are rookie defensive back Cameron Taylor-Britt and big defensive lineman B.J. Hill; Taylor-Britt had an interception, six tackles, and two pass deflections, while Hill had three tackles, two pass deflections, and two quarterback hits.

All in all, the Bengals outplayed and outcoached the Bills in this snowy AFC playoff showdown.
For the Bills, a pretty crazy season comes to a disappointing end; it will be an interesting offseason for the team as many players will be free agents, and many decisions must be made quickly.
Buffalo’s key Unrestricted Free Agents this winter: S Jordan Poyer, LB Tremaine Edmunds, G Rodger Saffold, RB Devin Singletary, P Sam Martin, DT Jordan Phillips, DE Shaq Lawson, OL David Quessenberry, OL Greg Van Roten, LB A.J. Klein.
