Billie Eilish has new songs on the way!
The Grammy Award-winning singer decided to give fans a tease of what she’s been working on by singing an unreleased song titled “TV” during her show in Manchester yesterday (June 7).
“We haven’t played a new song on stage before it’s out since like 2017, 2018,” Eilish told the crowd before saying, “Alright so here’s a new one and it’s called ‘TV.’”
Eilish sang the 4-minute acoustic ballad as her brother, Finneas, played the guitar. The song was filled with somber-toned lyrics as she reflects on love, friends, and current events.
In the chorus, Eilish sang, “All of my friends are missing again/ That’s what happens when you fall in love / You don’t have the time, you leave them all behind / You tell yourself it’s fine you’re just in love.”
Eilish’s lyrics also touched on today’s news as she sang, “The Internet’s gone wild watching movie stars on trial / While they’re overturning Roe v. Wade.”
The singer continued with the chorus before repeating the line, “Maybe I’m the problem,” to end the song.

The crowd erupted in applause all while the singer thanked the fans and revealed that was the first time they had played it for anybody. “TV” marks the first new song Eilish has debuted since her album, Happier Than Ever, which was released in July of 2021.
