The Sims have officially packed their bags and moved across the pond in hopes of making their wildest dreams come true in the world of entertainment, and fans can see what its really like for the UK’s reigning reality TV family thanks to their new, unscripted series House of Sims.
Airing on OFTV, aka OnlyFans’ safe-for-work streaming platform and app, the show follows The Only Way Is Essex stars Chloe, Frankie, Demi and Charlie Sims as they “keep it real” while navigating the massive cultural shift from Essex to Los Angeles.
The family shares laughs and spreads love across the each episode in the entire series, however, a family isn’t a real one if there’s no drama involved. Promising to be the “realest show you’re ever going to see,” the Sims struggle to live under one roof while trying to make a name for themselves in the entertainment capital of the world.
“We’re tried to do this show as ‘fly on the wall’ as possible,” Charlie told Celeb Secrets exclusively at the House of Sims high tea party in Hollywood last month. “We wanted to do it totally different than anything we’ve ever done before.”
“We’re living under one roof here, and being in a different country with a lot of pressure was challenging,” Chloe adds. “I think in series one we are really close knit and like a team but I think in series two you’ll see a different side to us.”
“We weren’t supposed to be here. We’re from a tiny village back in the UK and then we were talking about having our own show with our surname as the marquee on a huge streaming platform. We had huge billboards going up, having big events and talking to people [like you]…,” Charlie continues. “This wasn’t supposed to be us, but we’ve worked hard to get here and everything we have is earned. And that’s what probably makes us different than everyone else — our show is good and relatable.”
To get you excited for today’s new episode, Celeb Secrets has an exclusive first look inside a conversation Chloe has with her brother Charlie’s fiancé Georgia while trying on different types of lingerie. After revealing to the staff at the store that they’ve been engaged for three years, Chloe gives a little insight as to why the wedding has been prolonged.
“It’s been a delay but it means that we’re going to have a bigger wedding,” she says from the fitting room. “Cause Charlie’s got more money now.”
While the happy couple doesn’t have a set date yet, Chloe ensures that the family is “rushing him” to get one set sooner rather than later.
