Many of the performers are nominated, including country legend, Chris Stapleton, who is up for 3 awards. Stapleton is nominated in the “Best Country Album,” “Best Country Song,” and “Best Country Solo Performance” categories. Rock band, Foo Fighters, are also nominated for 3 awards for their hit album Medicine At Midnight.

Rapper Nas, who released his rap album King’s Disease II in August of last year, is up for 2 awards. The rapper will most likely be taking the stage to sing his song “Bath Salts,” which is up for the “Best Rap Song” category.

H.E.R. has several Grammy wins already in her pocket, but the R&B singer is back and nominated for a whopping 8 awards. The 24-year-old is up for some of the categories of the night, including “Album of the Year” and “Song of the Year.”

But it’s Jon Batiste who leads the pack as the most nominated artist for the upcoming show. The singer is nominated for an incredible 11 awards in a variety of categories including “Record of the Year,” “Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media,” “Best American Roots Song” and so much more.

It was also announced that Cynthia Erivo, Ben Platt, Leslie Odom Jr., and Rachel Zegler will be honoring those we lost in 2021 by performing the “In Memoriam.”

Erivo, Odom Jr, and Platt are no strangers to the award show having been nominated in the past. In fact, both Odom Jr. and Platt are nominated for this year’s award show. This will be Zegler’s first time taking the Grammy stage after her role in the Oscar nominated movie, West Side Story.

DON’T FORGET: Live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and hosted by Trevor Noah, the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live on Sun, April 3, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
