Demi Lovato Announces Television Series, “The Demi Lovato Show”

Demi Lovato is broadening their talented scope even further by creating and hosting their own talk show.

Premiering on the Roku Channel on July 30, The Demi Lovato Show will feature special guests and will cover topics important to the seasoned singer. This Roku original gives the multi-platinum-selling musician a chance to speak candidly about tough conversation topics.

Discussing matters such as mental health, activism, feminism, gender identity, sex and body positivity, and more, Lovato already has a schedule of guests lined up for their show.

Influencers such as Jameela Jamil, Lucy Hale, Nikita Dragun, and many others will be paying Lovato’s talk show a visit to discuss these important topics and shed some positive light on these matters, as well as discuss their different experiences.

Speaking about their upcoming show with the Roku Channel, Lovato said, “Some conversations can be difficult, but I’ve never been one to shy away from speaking candidly about things. We wanted to create a space that normalizes living your own truth – where people can speak, engage and more importantly, learn, together. There’s something therapeutic about having raw discussions that people can relate to and with The Demi Lovato Show no topics are off-limits and opinions are welcome. I’m so excited for people to see how these conversations unfold on the Roku Channel.”

Lovato also plans to speak with experts in these fields for their perspectives and advice on these varying topics.

This talk show just adds to the number of successes Lovato has found this year. They have already released their seventh studio album, Dancing With The Devil, The Art of Starting Over on April 2, 2021.

Debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, this album was produced alongside a multi-part YouTube documentary, Dancing With The Devil, in which they discussed the creation of their album and their personal struggles along the way. Watch the trailer here

That is not the only success they have found this year. Lovato launched their debut podcast, 4D with Demi Lovato in May, which features in-depth conversations with special guests, very similar to the upcoming Roku show. They will also be starring in and executively producing the upcoming NBC original series Hungry
