Disney Has Just Release The First Poster of Sam Wilson As Captain America

Disney has dropped the first poster of Sam Wilson, also known as “The Falcon,” now officially as Captain America.

The poster has finally came to light after the first season of “The Falcon and Winter Solider” aired its last episode on Friday (April 23) on Disney+.

Complex shared the photo through Twitter saying, “Disney just dropped the first poster of Sam Wilson as #CaptainAmerican.”

The hashtag went trending on Twitter and even the Marvel Studios Twitter account tweeted the same photo with the caption, “I’m #CaptainAmerican.”

Anthony Mackie, who plays the Falcon, shared his excitement for the finale of the hit series by tweeting a photo of him in the Captain America suit and holding the famous shield. He captioned the photo, “What a Friday it has been… thank you to everyone who’s seen The Falcon and The Winter Soldier! #SamWilsonIsCaptainAmerica #FalconAndWinterSoldierFinale.”

After the release of the photo, Fandom Twitter account posted a screenshot of a tweet Mackie had posted back in July of 2014 of a photo of him as a kid in a Captain America suit, with the caption –  “Dreams do come true!!!! It’s only the ComicBook, but it’s still amazing!” Fandom tweeted with the photo, “Anthony Mackie’s #CaptainAmerica tweet from 7 years ago aged like fine wine.”

I guess you can say it was destiny. Thank you Kevin Fiege!
