You “Need to Know” that Doja Cat has helped to bring back the fan-favorite Mexican Pizza to Taco Bell!
The rapper took time during her set at Coachella last night (April 17) to announce that she helped bring back the Mexican Pizza to Taco Bell. Taco Bell later confirmed that what Doja had announced was true! Doja Cat has been a huge fan of the fast-food chain and the Mexican Pizza in particular.
The “Kiss Me More” singer even created her own jingle back in March for the Mexican Pizza. She posted the video on TikTok and it garnered over 35 million views with over 8 million likes.

Doja Cat wasn’t the only one involved in helping bring back the beloved meal. Superfan Krish Jagidar lead a Change.org petition that got over 200K signatures in hopes the fast-food chain would bring back the meal! Jagidar shared his reasoning for trying to bring back the Mexican Pizza saying, “Like many Indian-Americans who grew up vegetarian, we had limited access to the ‘fun’ fast food, so Taco Bell became a bridge to belonging in American culture for many kids like me who grew up in immigrant households.”
Fans can grab the Mexican Pizza starting May 19th and for loyalty members the meal will be available even earlier on May 17th.
