CelebSecrets4U chatted with Angelique Bates, who is apart of the original cast of Dan Schneider’s hit, All That. You might ask, what has she been doing ever since the hit comedy? Angelique has been working super hard in the studio recording new music!

CelebSecrets4U: What was the experience like being an original on the 90s hottest TV show, “All That?”
Angelique Bates: “It was a great experience. I got to meet and work w/ a lot great people. Also the cast was like a big family. We pretty much grew up w/ each other. The experiences from back then have helped mode me into the entertainer I am today.”
CelebSecrets4U: How excited were you when you found out about the series return on TeenNick?
Angelique Bates: “I was excited but more shocked than anything. I honestly didn’t realize how many fans we had from the show. It’s amazing how strong and powerful the voices of the fans really are when they want something. They are truly amazing.”
CelebSecrets4U: You now have a new single out on iTunes called, “Can’t Fade Me Now.” What is the meaning behind the track?
Angelique Bates: “The song represents my life and the struggles in front of and off camera that I dealt with. With God on my side and my faith way much stronger nobody or anything can fade me now.”
CelebSecrets4U: Do you have any other upcoming projects you can tell us about?
Angelique Bates: “I am the National Celebrity Spokesperson for SO4DV (Strike Out 4 Domestic Violence) and in January 2012 we will be having the 1st Annual Celebrity Charity Bowlathon. My movie “Sisters” with my fellow co-stars from “All That” Alisa Reyes & Katrina Johnson will be releasing in 2012. I have also signed on to shoot a pilot and another major motion picture. My album and a mixtape is still being worked on. I have a sketch comedy cd that just released with my fellow “All That” co-stars Alisa Reyes & Katrina Johnson called “Acting Out With A.K.A.”. Angelique Bates: “I do Stand-Up comedy and have performed at the Laugh Factory. Damon Wayans and Dave Chappelle were a few of my coaches.”
