After wrapping up the original series in 2020, returning to Swellview wasn’t just about slipping back into character—it was about reuniting with lifelong friends. “For me, it was just getting right back into it,” Sean Ryan Fox, who plays Jasper, tells Celeb Secrets exclusively during a virtual junket. “We’re all like a big family, so stepping back into Jasper’s shoes was easy. And we’ve all grown up, so I got to let Jasper mature with me.”

Michael D. Cohen, who plays Schwoz, echoed the sentiment, marveling at how much the cast has evolved. “It was really cool revisiting the Henry Danger family,” he says. “We hadn’t worked together in five years, and now these kids I knew are adults. It was so refreshing and just a delight.”

The film isn’t just about revisiting old favorites—it’s also introducing fresh characters, including Missy Martin, played by newcomer Glee Dango. Missy is a superfan who finds herself teaming up with Henry in a quest to navigate the multiverse. “Henry Danger was a little before my time,” Glee laughs. “I was probably three when it came out! But getting to work with this cast, these legacy actors, was incredible. They made it so easy to feel like part of the family.”

And what’s a Henry Danger adventure without its classic villains? Frankini, played Frankie Grande, is back and more fabulous than ever, bringing his signature flair to the film. “Getting to be Frankini on a bigger scale was a dream come true,” Frankie tells us. “And getting to perform an original song? That was next-level fun!”

If you thought Henry Danger’s TV stunts were epic, wait until you see what’s in store for the movie. The cast went through intense fight training to bring the action to life.

“We trained for two weeks before we even started filming,” Sean reveals. “The Dystopian fight scene was one of my favorites —super intense, shot at 4AM in the freezing rain, but so fun.”

Ella Anderson, who plays Piper, also got her fair share of action-packed moments. “Pushing through all those walls was my favorite,” she says. “The effects were insane, and getting to be a total badass? Loved it.”

A Henry Danger movie wouldn’t be complete without a musical moment from Frankini, and “Smile” is an absolute showstopper. Written by Samantha Martin, Niki Hexum and Zack Hexum, the original song perfectly captures Frankini’s over-the-top personality while delivering a powerful, uplifting message. “It’s a cheeky song that reminds you to keep going no matter what,” Grande shares. “You can cry, but don’t stop smiling — it’s such a great lyric for today, tomorrow, and always.”

Filming “Smile” was an unforgettable experience, blending dazzling choreography with Frankini’s signature flair. We shot it three ways — once in the scene, once for the finale, and once as a full music video,” Frankie reveals. “The last take was done ‘Single Ladies’-style — just one continuous shot, Broadway-style, no cuts. It was exhilarating and exhausting in the best way.”

The set for “Smile” was equally breathtaking, featuring an explosion of colors, glitter, and high-energy dance sequences. “Shimmers was my favorite set,” Glee recalls. “Everything about it was vibrant and electric, making it the perfect backdrop for Frankini’s big number.”

If you’ve ever wondered how all of the stunning sets came to life, Glee spilled a major behind-the-scenes secret to us — most of the film was shot entirely on a soundstage!

“Almost everything was built from scratch,” she reveals. “I visited the set two weeks before filming started, and I saw the wood being laid out and everything being drawn. When it was done, stepping onto the set felt like entering another dimension. The detail was incredible!”

Underneath the high-speed chases and reality-jumping chaos, Henry Danger: The Movie is ultimately about the power of friendship.

“Jace [Norman] and I have known each other since before Henry Danger even started,” Sean shares. “This movie highlights the importance of real friendships—the people who stick by your side, no matter what.”

Frankie Grande hopes fans take that message to heart. We often take people for granted, thinking they’ll always be there,” he says. “This film reminds us to appreciate our real ones.”

After 11 years, what keeps Henry Danger so beloved? Ella Anderson believes it all comes down to the people behind the magic.

“I think it’s the cast, the crew, and the bond we all share,” she says. “We had a blast making the show, and that energy translated to the fans. It was the least we could do to bring it back for them.”

Sean agrees, adding, “It’s our bond. We truly had fun making this show, and that joy comes through on screen. This movie is just another chance for us to share that magic with everyone.”

With a mix of nostalgia, jaw-dropping action, and heartfelt moments, Henry Danger: The Movie is shaping up to be a must-watch for fans old and new. Kid Danger is back, and this time, he’s taking on the multiverse.
