Inside LA’s “Nights of the Jack” Immersive Experience Loved By A-List Celebs

Pumpkin spice lattes, Hocus Pocus and spooky festivities… oh how we love fall!

With Halloween only a few weeks away, Celeb Secrets has been all over Los Angeles checking out the best activities the city has to offer this season.

An experience that’s a must-see, whether you are local or just visiting is Nights Of The Jack. Loved by celebrities like Chris Brown and his daughter Royalty, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, Lance Bass and even Kardashian-Jenner clan, Nights of the Jack is a Jack O’Lantern event tailored for all ages that showcases thousands of hand-carved, illuminated pumpkins that spans across the stunning property at King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas.

On Wednesday (October 2), our reporters hit up Friends & Family VIP Preview night, where we not only spoke to celebrities on the red carpet, but also experienced the fun event for the first time.

“We’re freaks for the holidays and [Nights of the Jack] is just the beginning for us. We’re excited that Halloween is here and its going to be a long season for sure, but we are starting off right tonight,” Lance Bass and his husband Michael Turchin tell Celeb Secrets on the red carpet.

As we made our way through the half-mile trail around the ranch, we were welcomed with vast grounds of intricately hand-carved and illuminated pumpkins. Nights of the Jack also teamed up with Nickelodeon for a special SpongeBob SquarePants installation, brining fan-favorite SpongeBob characters and Bikini Bottom to life with an illuminated pumpkin display. The network also had an augmented reality (AR) experience for their Are You Afraid of the Dark? reboot, which made us question our own reality by putting us face-to-face with deranged clowns and other twisted moments.

With a live pumpkin carver, gift shop, food trucks and “The Spookeasy Bar,” the Nights of the Jack has the perfect balance of creepy and fun for the whole family. The entire attraction is so Instagrammable, to the point where all your friends will be having MAJOR FOMO from all your posts.
