Cosmetics, skincare, merch… Kylie Jenner seems to have it all…. or does she?
According to paperwork filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, the 23-year-old makeup mogul is about to dip her toes into swimwear. The legal documents — which were filed by Miss Jenner recently — mention trademarking “Kylie Swim” and “Kylie Swim By Kylie Jenner,” so we think it’s safe to say that Kylie will have us dripping in the latest aquatic fashions this season.
The documents also showed that she plans to trademark accessories, including everything from bikinis and cover ups to sunglasses, goggles and even pool floats.

Jenner has most recently been spotted on an island getaway to celebrate longtime friend Yris Palmer‘s, birthday. She soaked up the sun in several revealing bikinis, showing off that curvaceous figure all over Instagram.

One thing about Jenner is that she knows how to make her coin. Along with the “Kylie Swim” trademark, Jenner has applied to trademark “Kylie Body,” “Kylie Baby,” and “Kylie Hair.”
The Kylie Empire is definitely taking over, and we just can’t get enough of it.
