Liam Payne is taking some heat from One Direction fans after his appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, Impaulsive.
Payne spilled the tea on several topics, including former bandmate, Zayn Malik.
In the podcast, Paul brought up a conversation about his brother, Jake Paul, and how he was on the verge of fighting Malik. Paul explained that Gigi Hadid, Malik’s former girlfriend, had gotten involved by tweeting at Jake.
Liam then confirmed he saw a tweet from Hadid regarding the situation with Jake Paul.
Payne said, “She tweeted something about get yourself a respectful man or something. That didn’t age very well.”
This was a dig to Malik as Liam continued to share, “There’s many reasons why I dislike Zayn and there’s many reasons why I’ll always, always be on his side.”
The 28-year-old even revealed he can’t commend some of the “Dusk Till Dawn” singers’ actions.

Payne then talked about how he almost got into a physical fight with one of the members of One Direction. The “Strip That Down” singer never revealed who he got into this fight with, but he did share how it went down. Apparently, the said member shoved Payne into a wall and Payne told the individual, “If you don’t remove those hands there’s a high likelihood you’ll never use them again.”
Liam Payne tells Logan Paul that one of the One Direction members “threw” him against a wall during an argument backstage:

The 28-year-old didn’t stop there, he also shared how he believed his debut song, “Strip That Down” outsold the other member’s debut music. Fans were quick to prove the singer wrong with chart data. And, to top it off, Payne shared that One Direction was formed because Simon Cowell made a promise to him two years before the band was actually formed.
Fans have continued to be upset with Payne since the release of the podcast episode.
