Astrid S has released a brand new track today!
Titled “Bloodstream,” the track was co-written by Astrid with Swedish duo Humble & Blisse, who also produced the track.
‘Bloodstream’ is the second track released by Astrid this year, with more music confirmed to follow. It is the follow up to her previous single ‘Breathe’, which has seen over ten million streams since its release last month.
Of the single, Astrid says:
“‘Bloodstream’ is one of the songs that I’ve been the most excited to release. We’ve spent so much time on it, and I made it with some of my best friends and favourite producers and writers. I would say that it’s a little bit more dark and urban than my previous songs, but it’s one of my favourite songs that I’ve written. Super happy that I can finally share it with you!â€
The official video for Bloodstream stars Astrid who roams the streets of Los Angeles at night with a male companion. The video was directed by Astrid, AKAM1k3 & Thomas Flått.
With only four months into 2017, Astrid S won the Norwegian Grammy for ‘Breakthrough Artist Of The Year’ for her ‘Astrid S EP’. Previously, she has been awarded ‘Best Norwegian Act’ at the MTV European Music Awards.
