Meet Izabellah Diez: Actress, Model and Rising Singer Who Will be Making Waves in 2023 (Exclusive)

Growing up in Southern California and starring in Nickelodeon commercials for companies like Barbie and Twozies, Izabellah Diez began her acting career at a very young age.

While you can catch her as Danger in Run This Town, a movie series airing on Tubi TV, Diez has TONS of exciting projects in store, two of the most notable being Superstition and Gacy: Terror in Suburbia.

Superstition is a horror movie that we will be anxiously awaiting until its release in 2023! In this film, Izabellah plays Faith, who is described as “grounded down to earth. Innocent, humble and sweet. In any bad situation, she steps up as a leader. [She is] the smart girl at school and always tries to do her best.”

On a similar eerie note, Diez will also be starring in Gacy: Terror in Suburbia, also coming out next year. The film is “A suburban tale of terror about a teenager, Bobby (Mason McNulty), who becomes too curious when the infamous serial killer, John Wayne Gacy, moves in across the street.”

Both roles play into Izabellah Diez’s ability to act in scary, intense films, which is an incredible skill that is extremely hard to master at only 14 years old.

It is clear Diez is really starting to hit her stride when it comes to her acting career, and we know that she will land even more roles in the near future. Lucky for her, acting is just one of her many talents, as she is also a model with an AMAZING taste in fashion!

Diez has worked with big-name brands such as Young Gods Clothing, Miss Behave Girls, Jimmy Crystal NY, Wren and Glory and more. In addition to this, she has walked the runway at New York Fashion Week, representing brands like House of Barretti and Chic NY.

Aside from both acting and modeling, Izabellah Diez took to Instagram after our exclusive interview to announce the start of her music career, as well! Her new song “Jingle Bell Rock” and its accompanying music video was released on Saturday (December 10th), and it is perfect for the holiday season!

The music video draws inspiration from the 2004 hit film Mean Girls, and we are seriously obsessed!

Celeb Secrets: Hi Izabellah! Thanks for taking the time to speak with us. For people who don’t know you already, can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Izabellah Diez: “I am a 14-year-old actress and competitive cheerleader. I have been cheering for almost 8 years and modeling and acting for about two and half years. I live in Southern California with my parents and my older brother.”

CS: We know that you’ve been pursuing a career in the arts and entertainment industry since you were 7 years old. What do you love most about your job?

ID: “The things I love most about my job are that I get to meet new people and try a lot of new things, which is really cool!”

CS: You’ve worked on many different projects throughout your career. Which has been your favorite and why?

ID: “One of my favorite projects that I have worked on is the newest one I just finished filming called Superstition. It’s my favorite because I was asked to do a lot of different types of things that I hadn’t done before. For one scene, I had to fall into a pool as if I was pushed by someone. I had to get it right in one take, which was challenging but fun!”

CS: Our readers can see you in Run This Town on Tubi. Can you tell us more about the movie series and your character specifically?

ID: “Run This Town is about a group of orphans that try to take over the town. My character is quiet and shy, but also adventurous. I got to run around a carpet factory and be completely crazy.”

CS: What has been your favorite memory from working on Run This Town?

ID: “My favorite memory was when I got to run across rolls of carpets in a factory. One time my foot got stuck in between the cracks of the carpet, and I almost face-planted!”

CS: Do you have any other projects that we should be on the lookout for?

ID: “I have a lot of projects in the works. I have the film Superstition about ghosts and superstitions. I have a film called Gacy: Terror in Suburbia about the serial killer John Wayne Gacy. I also just filmed The Gift about a young girl that has a necklace with unique powers. Look for all of these to be out in 2023!”

CS: What are some of your dream roles?

ID: “Some of my dream roles are filming for Marvel or Disney. I would love to do an action movie at some point, and as a huge Disney fan, I have always wanted to be in a Disney movie.”

CS: Aside from being talented, you are very fashionable, as well! How would you describe your own personal style?

ID: “My personal style is a combination of a bunch of different styles. I can’t pick just one. It will depend on the weather, the event, and my mood that day. I like to mix up different styles, fabrics, and textures, but whatever I choose has to be comfortable.”

CS: We know that you have big dreams to become a veterinarian! Can you talk to us about your love for animals and your involvement with Shea Center Therapeutic Riding Center?

ID: “I love animals because they are reliable and make good companions. They always listen when you talk! I love working with Shea Center Therapeutic Riding Center because it is a great opportunity to work with horses and help people with disabilities have experiences they wouldn’t otherwise have without the center.”

CS: Do you have any tips on how girls like you can give back to their community?

ID: “Some tips I have for girls that want to give back to their community is to find a charity that they are interested or passionate about, and then see how you can work with that charity or even do a fundraiser for the charity.”

CS: Since we’re Celeb Secrets, do you have any secrets or fun facts about yourself that our readers wouldn’t know about you?

ID: “Ever since I was 6 or 7, I became really flexible to the point that people thought I didn’t have a spine! I can bend in half backwards and forwards!”
