Award-winning artist, Miley Cyrus recently came out to share that she wants to collaborate with young star and music sensation, Billie Eilish.
“There are always new emerging artists that are super interesting. I love Billie Eilish. I think she’s just the coolest. I’d love to work with her,” says Cyrus in an exclusive interview with British Vogue.
With her most recent album Plastic Hearts, Cyrus collaborated with artists such as Dua Lipa, Joan Jett, Billy Joel, and Stevie Nicks to create her chart-topping album.
Miley’s bold statement does not come as a surprise, as she once delivered a beautiful rendition of Billie’s single “my future” in 2020. In fact, the trendsetting artist included the cover to her setlist at a Los Angeles show after debuting it on BBC Radio.
Eilish on the other hand is preparing to drop her next album Happier Than Ever, and luckily the musician gave eager fans a sneak peek into her new project with a teaser single and music video – which gives off Miley vibes.
These two young, yet successful artists have produced very similar music and fan bases – making this potential collaboration a match made in heaven.
