It’s the final week of March and this week’s New Music Friday releases did not disappoint. As a start, Ariana Grande unveiled eternal sunshine deluxe: brighter days ahead today (March 28) following her massive success in Wicked. It encompasses six new songs, which were released coupling a short film.
Selena Gomez also released the deluxe version of her and Benny Blanco‘s record, I Said I Love You First, which includes two brand new songs, an acoustic version of “Call Me When You Break Up” and “Stained,” which was written before Rare‘s release but finally made its way to the world. Gomez confessed in a live stream last weekend about the song, “You know, I actually loved that song and I was nervous. I remember I was still nervous to curse in a song. I don’t know what happened. I’m sure I leaked it on accident, or I did something. But it got out, and I’m kind of happy that it did.”
Maren Morris debuted the first tastings of her upcoming record DREAMSICLE while Lucy Dacus finally released her fourth album, Forever Is A Feeling. It’s a great week!
